Golden Pistachio

Pistachios are fascinating nuts, and Sacha uses them in many different ways in his cooking.
More specifically, he makes pistachio praline, which is a mixture of pistachios
, water, and sugar. The voluptuous, creamy aroma of pistachios wafting through the kitchen
inspired Sacha and David to bring it into the world of fragrance.
